Which combinations are published?
Manicure + pedicure uses two specialists. Manicure + pedicure + brows uses three specialists. Manicure + lashes + brows also uses three specialists. Ask the salon first about any other combination.
Should I choose the individual treatments first?
Explain what you want to combine and the result you want from each treatment, such as a natural finish or colour for nails, and shape or colour for brows. Mention existing product and requested extras.
Why contact the salon on WhatsApp first?
The salon needs to coordinate specialists, treatment time and price. Send your wishes and when you are available. The chatbot cannot check joint availability or make an appointment for you.
Can I book separate appointments at the same time?
Have the combination confirmed first. Two separately available appointments do not automatically mean the requested combination has been coordinated. Follow the booking process confirmed by the salon.
What does it cost and how long does it take?
The salon confirms price and duration from the chosen treatments, specialists and plan. Do not treat added-up menu prices or appointment times as a confirmed combination quote. No automatic combination discount is promised.
When is payment made?
After the salon has coordinated the visit, booking and full advance payment take place through Treatwell. The appointment is secured once confirmed. A chat response is not a booking confirmation.
