New set, refill or an add-on?
A new set with added length, a refill of an existing set and nail art are different requests.
I want added length: what comes first?
Contact the salon on WhatsApp first for a new set. Discuss your desired length, shape and design. The salon confirms options, time and price before you book the right appointment.
What is a refill?
“Nail extension refill” is for refilling an existing set. Do not use that price as a quote for a new set. Tell the salon what you currently wear if you are unsure whether this appointment fits.
How should I choose nail art?
Nail art is an extra alongside your nail treatment. Share an inspiration image on WhatsApp to discuss the design and time needed. Do not assume a detailed design fits within the base appointment time or price.
Why are there different removal options?
The menu distinguishes other-salon hard gel / acrylic gel from other-salon BIAB / gel polish. Tell the salon which product you wear and where it was applied. If you do not know, ask the salon to confirm the appointment.
Are repairs and reinforcement complete manicures?
No. Repairs and gel / polygel reinforcement are listed separately from complete treatments. A low-priced extra is not a complete manicure. Ask which base appointment and extras your request needs.
I want strength without added length.
Look at BIAB on your natural nails. That is a different choice from a new set with added length. Choose around your desired result, and have any unknown existing product confirmed first.
